PRIS Care service terms
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Provider and scope
PRIS Care is operated by Main Shofield Group, Inc., Delaware, United States. Contact: info@pris-care.com.
PRIS Care is a Shofield AI service for clinics and other authorised professional organisations. The contracting provider must be identified in your order or checkout. The person subscribing on behalf of a clinic must be authorised to do so. These product-specific terms should be read with the Shofield AI legal terms at https://shofield.ai/legal , your order and any executed data-processing agreement. The data-processing agreement governs patient-data processing where its terms conflict with general service wording.
What the service does
PRIS Care supports administrative intake, internal appointments, referral and document workflows, care checklists and team coordination. Availability depends on the released features and your configuration. A demonstration, planned integration or disabled feature is not a promise that it is live. Internal appointments are not automatically synchronised with other clinical systems. Clinical decisions and review of outputs remain the responsibility of qualified care professionals. PRIS Care is not an emergency service.
Plans, trial and recurring charges
The platform subscription is €995 per month or €7,200 per year. The annual price is equivalent to €600 per month but is billed as one annual amount. The current pilot offer includes a 30-day free trial starting after signup with ChatGPT, with no credit card required. A credit card is only required if you choose to continue on a paid plan after the trial ends. The trial does not convert automatically to a paid subscription. Real patient-data processing is not enabled during this trial. This trial duration applies to the pilot offer only; future standard offers may differ. Existing subscriptions remain governed by their accepted price and terms. If you choose a paid subscription after the trial, it starts at the price and billing period you accept at checkout and renews automatically under those terms until cancelled. Applicable tax and the total due must be shown before confirmation. Clinic subscriptions include unlimited users, subject to authorised membership and applicable service limits.
AI and API usage is billed separately from the platform subscription. Starting a subscription does not authorise unspecified usage charges. Applicable usage services, rates and billing rules must be disclosed and agreed before billable usage is enabled. A subscription trial does not imply that third-party usage is free.
Cancellation and billing management
Use the billing-management option made available for your subscription to request cancellation and review the effective end date. Check the confirmation rather than assuming that closing a browser, deleting a shortcut or no longer using the service cancels it. Contact info@pris-care.com if you cannot access billing support. Cancellation does not automatically export or erase clinic records; arrange continuity, export and retention before the workspace closes.
Accounts and acceptable use
The clinic is responsible for authorising its users, using appropriate account and device security, reviewing access and promptly removing access that is no longer appropriate. Current accepted team membership grants shared access to the clinic's care workspace. A specialist directory entry is not an independent user permission. Do not upload information you are not entitled to process, share accounts, attempt cross-clinic access, bypass security or use the service unlawfully.
Patient data and activation
Do not enter real patient information until the clinic and provider have completed the required clinical-readiness review, executed processing terms, confirmed necessary lawful bases and health-data conditions, verified international transfers and agreed security, access, retention and incident procedures. Use fictional sample data during evaluation. Subscribing, acknowledging a privacy notice or selecting a consent flag does not fulfil those requirements.
The clinic retains responsibility for the purposes of its patient-record processing. The provider processes those records under documented instructions and the executed data-processing agreement. Patients should direct care-record requests to their clinic. No GDPR, NEN, ISO or HIPAA certification is claimed by these terms.
Third-party services and assistance
Configured identity, billing, infrastructure, referral, scanning and AI services may be necessary for a feature. Connection availability and activation must be confirmed separately. Provider changes affecting patient data must follow the data-processing agreement and applicable authorisation requirements. Automated assistance is informational; users must review its evidence and limitations before taking action.
Changes and help
The applicable version and any order-specific conditions should be available before subscription confirmation. Material changes to price or service terms should be notified before they apply, with any required rights to reject or cancel. For billing, contractual or privacy questions contact info@pris-care.com and identify PRIS Care and your clinic without sending patient records in ordinary email.
